Individual therapy can help you better understand yourself, improve communication, repair disconnection, and build healthier patterns in your relationships. This work may include support for anxiety, emotional avoidance, conflict, trust, intimacy, recovery, life transitions, and relationship stress related to substance use or addiction.
Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person brings a different story, different strengths, and different challenges.
This means our work may focus on identifying practical steps forward, strengthening emotional connection, understanding the patterns that keep you stuck, and helping you develop a clearer and more compassionate story about yourself, your relationships, and your future.
My approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of each client, rooted primarily in Solution-Oriented Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy.
